Shipping Origin: Our proprietary beading technique is native to India. We dispatch directly from our atelier in New Delhi.
Processing Time: This choker ships within 2-4 business days after purchase confirmation. Contact us for urgent timelines.
Delivery Time: Though we often deliver quicker, please expect arrival in 4-7 business days post-shipment, depending on your location. Major cities received deliveries faster. Busy periods such as holiday season impact carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc) and may cause delays beyond our control.
International orders may vary due to customs.
Larger orders with multiple items may require more time.

Return Window: Must submit request to return within 14 days from delivery date.
Eligible Items: Must be unworn, in new condition, clean, with original tags, packaging, and free of any debris, dirt, hair, perfume, makeup, etc. You would be surprised by what we have seen!
Custom order sales are final. However, in the very rare event of a defect, we will work closely with you to remedy the situation. Email us photos as soon as possible.

Return Process and Options:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your request. In many instances, we can remedy the problem without a return!
2. Ship back within 7 days of approval and include tracking information.
3. Refund Timeline: Processed within 7 business days of receipt.
4. Refund Value: We offer two options. 1. Full purchase value issued as store credit. 2. Full purchase value minus 10% restocking fee issued as a refund to original payment method.
